The service

KarobarAi provides an AI assistant that replies to your customers on your WhatsApp number, along with an inbox, orders, bookings, follow-ups and related tools. Features depend on your plan.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for the activity of the team members you invite. You must have the right to use the WhatsApp number you connect.

Using WhatsApp responsibly

You agree to use KarobarAi in line with WhatsApp's own terms and policies, and with the law. In particular, you will not:

• Send spam or messages to people who have not chosen to hear from you.
• Use the service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful.
• Ignore customers' requests to stop receiving messages.

What the AI says

KarobarAi answers using the information you provide, such as your products, prices and policies. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate. The AI is designed not to invent prices or policies and to hand conversations to you when unsure, but like any automated system it can make mistakes. You can review every conversation and correct it at any time.

Some numbers linked through WhatsApp's linked-device feature may be restricted by WhatsApp if used against its policies. Larger businesses can move to the official WhatsApp Business API.

Plans and payment

New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep AI replies running. Plans are billed monthly. If you don't choose a plan, the AI pauses and your inbox keeps working. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.

Your content

You own your business information and your conversations. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Ending the service

You can stop using KarobarAi and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Liability

We work hard to keep KarobarAi reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
